Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Heyday. We work with trusted brands, creators, and vendors to bring parents a curated selection of quality products. Because of the variety of partners we work with, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the item.
General Shipping Information
Orders may ship in separate packages depending on the brands included in your order.
We currently ship within the United States. Some products may be eligible for international shipping if supported by the vendor. Availability will be noted at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and vendor fulfillment. Some items include free shipping depending on the vendor’s policy.
Shipping Times
Because Heyday partners with multiple vendors through Shopify Collective and direct relationships, delivery times vary by product. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your order contains multiple products, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Preorders or custom items, if offered, may have longer processing times. Estimated delivery windows will be included on the product page.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed. In some cases, your order may be canceled and refunded so you can reorder with the correct address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier or vendor.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please email Hello@OurHeyday.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will work with the vendor to make it right.
International Shipping
Some vendors offer international shipping. If available, international shipping rates and delivery times will appear automatically at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes.
