At Our Heyday, we curate the highest quality gear for you and your little one. We stand behind every product we carry, from our Mabē Monarch carriers to our WildBird slings. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please Note: As a curated boutique, we facilitate returns directly through our specialized brand partners. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with specific instructions and the correct return address for your specific item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@ourheyday.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected by our brand partner. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
