Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible, products must be:

In original condition

In original packaging

The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cardsItems marked Final Sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Graham@OurHeyday.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll let you know if your return is approved.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? Shoot us an email — we’ll do our best to swap it out quickly.

Refund eligibility:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Refund method:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time:

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your statement.

Non-refundable items:

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
