Heyday Return and Refund Policy


At Heyday, we curate products we believe in and want every parent to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right, we will do our best to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  1. Custom or personalized products
  2. Gift cards
  3. Items marked “Final Sale”
  4. Items that are not eligible for return under the vendor’s policy

 

How to start a return

Email Graham@OurHeyday.co with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If your item is eligible, we will send instructions and a return label when applicable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, email us and we will do our best to help. Some exchanges may require placing a new order once the original item is returned.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.


Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.
